The Hope Center
The vision of Pleasant Street United Methodist was to build The HOPE Center to provide a location for its outreach mission of Food for the Hungry (FFTH) Food Pantry, Cooking Matters for Families, Twelve Step Program, Emergency Shelter, and Family Promise. The HOPE Center was completed on March 2015 and the entire rear of the building is dedicated to organization and safe storage for the FFTH Food Pantry. The church office and meeting rooms are in the front sections of the building.
2 meeting rooms are available for community meeting space. Both rooms have a small kitchen with Digital TV Screen and sound systems. The Tenney Memorial room on the first floor is where PSUMC Sabbath Service meets as well as WIC program Healthy Kids. The upstairs meeting room is larger and can be used for emergency shelter. Back up generators maintain power for the entire building.

A dream has become reality through faith, generosity, and dedication.
